From 2013 to 2015, we provided The Norman Tel Aviv with our expertise in pre-opening combined with sales & marketing and operational expertise to open what is today’s Tel Aviv’s best boutique hotel. As managing director, Olivier was intimately engaged with the day-to-day operations, promoting the various outlets and developing the wellness options, training, coaching and driving the local team.
